Auto complete feature can be disabled by the following steps given below

Internet Explorer

Navigate to Internet Explorer tools menu — click on the content tab — click on the auto complete button and un check the auto complete options for web addresses, forms and passwords. And to clear the saved information click on the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons.

FireFox

Navigate to tools menu of the Fire fox browser and click on the privacy tab. This contains options for clearing saved forms, passwords, download history, cookies cache.
