How to clear and disable autocomplete feature in firefox and internet explorer

Navigate to Internet Explorer tools menu — click on the content tab — click on the auto complete button and un check the auto complete options for web addresses, forms and passwords. And to clear the saved information click on the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons.
