The temporary Internet files can  be cleared by accessing the Tools menu followed by Internet Option menu of the Internet Explorer. After that click on the settings in the General tab. A dialog as shown below will appear

On Click of the view files button, the temporary Internet folder will open this contains all the temporary Internet Files.

Tip: If you do not want to load a web page from the cache, then select Every visit to the page option for the Check for newer version of stored pages field.
