Magellan eXplorist 210 a GPS receiver which is compact and a powerful GPS navigation system. This is lightweight design and has a 1.8” x 1.4” display and features a two level backlight with an amber glow, easy to read during the nighttime. Magellan eXplorist 210 uses TrueFix GPS technology that takes advantage of 14 parallel channels, 2 dedicated for WAAS and EGNOS Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems for fast signal acquisition, minimal signal loss and reliable accuracy to within 3 meters.This comes with a built-in North American base map that shows major streets and landmarks and users can download and store up to 22 MB of maps from compatible software. This supports different languages like nglish, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Portuguese, Dutch or Norwegian.The cost of this unit is around 180 US dollars.
