Airis T610 and T620 PDAs with GPS Receiver
Airis has introduced new series of PDA’s T610 and T620 with GPS receivers. The PDA’s have Windows Mobile and built with a Samsung 2440 400 MHZ processor, 3.5 inch QVGA screen, 64MB RAM, 128 MB ROM, Bluetooth 2.0, SiRFStar III satellite received and a SD slot. Apart from these features the T620 supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g. Other key feature includes mini-USB connector and 13 x 13mm external GPS antenna.
Users looking for both PDA and GPS functionality can take a look at these products. The T610 is priced around $280 and T620 is priced around $365.
