  Garmin’s iQue M3 is a PDA integrated with GPS navigation.Intel PXA271 XScale processor running at 312 MHz and this device runs the Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition operating system. The screen measures 320 x 240, 3.5″ TFT LCD ad displays 64,000 colors. This supports portrait/landscape screen orientation and also provides option of choosing a  three dimensional navigational view or more traditional 2D overhead view. Overall this is light weight , sleek PDA with GPS navigation but with less handheld features.
