How to configure Microsoft Outlook with a GMail account

Microsoft Outlook can be configured for the GMail account with the following details

username : gmail username e.g:- ravi.shankar1975@gmail.com

pop server details : pop.gmail.com

smtp server details : smtp.gmail.com

incoming server POP3 port number : 995

incoming server smtp port number : 465
