Add Toshiba to the list. My autoplay quit functioning. No menu, no nothing. I've tried resetting options to no avail. Any ideas other than switching to Linux or Mac?

I have Windows Vista Ultimate. My auto Play doesn't work half of the time. When I place a thumb drive into the USB port the menu doesn't appear. Nor does it work when I place a digital camera memory card in its slot. I have called Dell many many times, they can't solve the problem. Are there any suggestions??? Dell hasn't been able to help, can you???
