FUZZMAIL- record email as you while writing a love letter
Fuzzmail is a cool little web application which allows you to record an E-mail as you type and sends the exact changes, typos, and writeovers that were captured while writing the email. A best one for writing love letters, to make it more romantic 
Fuzzmail provides this as a free service, so all you need to do is type the message and click on send, the recipient will receive a link which will replay the message what had been typed before.
