How to install Windows software and driver updates automatically
ADVERTISEMENTThe Windows Vista operating system provides an option to check for drivers and software updates. These settings are available under Control Panel section.
The following three options are available under Windows Update.
1. Turn automatic updating on or Off.
2. Check for updates
3. View Installed updates.
Using Automatic Updates feature you can specify to Install updates automatically or it can be scheduled for download at a specified period. You can also set for manual installation. But it is recommended to set the downloading of updates to automatic.
