How to simulate a low Internet connection speed
There are instances during web site testing where you would like to simulate a low Internet connection speed. Some of the tools that can be used for this purpose are Fiddler2 and Sloppy.
Fiddler2 provides an option under Rules -> Performance Menu -> Simulate Modem speeds. By default the Internet Connection Speed available on selecting this option will be equivalent to 6.6 Kb/s.
Sloppy provides different Internet connection speed for simulation. And the lowest connection speed available using this tool is 9.6 kb/s.

How to create a password protected Microsoft Excel 2007 Spreadsheet
Microsoft Excel 2007 provides an option for creating password protected spreadsheets. This can be done by clicking on File –> Save As. This would display the following Save As dialog box
Now click on the Tools drop down displayed at the bottom of the dialog box and select General Options from the drop down.
This would provide the following General Options dialog box having options to password protect the Spreadsheet for open and modify. This also provides features to Always Create Backup and make the document Read-only.
