Microsoft Outlook template can be used for creating e-mail messages which contains common text. For example if you have lot of customers and mail has to be sent out to each customer containing common text in emails along with minor changes depending on customer needs then this can be achieved with Microsoft Outlook template.
Steps for Creating a new message template.
1. Click on File –> New –> Mail Message
2. In the Message Body type the common text.
3. Click File –> Save As –> With File Type as “Outlook Template (*.oft)”
4. When sending an email, Click File –> Choose Form and select the template that was created using the previous step. This would populate the email message with prep-populated text.

WindowTabs is fantastic. It needs a few more customization options – the tab which folds back over the titlebar of an app when maximized is a problem especially for users of Remote Desktop but it’s still excellent. However, $20 is too steep a price for what is essentially a one-trick pony.
