Bing search engine provides suggestions in the search text box as the user types the search text. This feature can be turned on or off.
The suggestion can be turned on by selecting preferences option available at top right corner under Extras menu
The following preference page would displayed and this contains a check box to enable or disable the search suggestions. Make sure to click on the Save Settings button available at the top right corner of the preferences web page.
This would display the search suggestion as we start typing the words in search textbox
