Windows Live Writer provides option for adding Watermark to images.
This option is available on the right hand side after adding an image to a blog post under the advanced tab.
On clicking Watermark link the following dialog would appear and this provides options for specifying the Watermark text, font size, font type and the position where you want to Watermark text to appear.
An easy way of adding text to your blog images and protecting your images.
