How to enable voting buttons for a email message in Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007, you can enable voting buttons for a new email message using the message options or the Voting buttons as part of the options ribbon

Under Message Options, Voting and Tracking options has a check box “Use voting buttons” for enabling the Voting buttons for a message.

The allowed voting values are

  • Approve or Reject
  • Yes or No
  • Yes or No or Maybe

The Voting buttons enabled message would look as shown below
