Microsoft Excel 2007 default font can be changes using the Excel Options. The default font in Excel 2007 is Calibri and if you want to use a different font for new workbooks then click on the Office button followed by Excel Options button.
This would display the below excel options window. Under Popular tab, “When creating new workbooks” provides option to change the font and font size.
From Use this font drop down list, select the preferred font for your new workbooks
