Organizing your email messages will help to you work more efficiently. In Outlook 2007 one way of organizing is by changing the colour of the email messages based on received from or sent to and messages sent only to me options.
Organize menu can be accessed via Tools menu -> Organize
Using the Ways to Organize Inbox section, you can set the color for messages that are received from specified sender or mails that are sent to specified user. Click on the Apply Color button after selecting the color from the drop down.
Similarly you can turn on colors for messages that are sent only to you using Show messages sent only to me option. After selecting the color click on the Turn on button. And to remove the color effect click on the Turn off.
