How to send email with importance and sensitivity in Outlook 2007

An email in Outlook 2007 can be sent with Importance and sensitivity level depending upon the purpose and the nature of email. The different importance level available are Low, Normal and High. The default importance level is Normal. Similarly the different sensitivity level Normal, Personal, Private and Confidential with default value as Normal.

These settings can be accessed using the Outlook 2007’s Message Options

Click on New Message, and expand the options menu. This should display the Message Options dialog where you can set the Importance and Sensitivity for the message.
