Microsoft Outlook 2007 by default displays a warning message when trying to permanently deleted an item.
For example when a mail item is permanently deleted by pressing Shift+ Del, a warning message would be displayed “Are you sure that you want to permanently delete the selected item(s)”
This warning message can be disabled by using Tools –> Options.
Go to Tools –> Options and select Other tab.
Click on the Advanced Options button. The following Advanced Options window would be displayed.
Uncheck the “Warn before permanently deleting items” to disable the warning message.
