Microsoft Outlook displays the reminder and plays a sound when a reminder comes due. If you want change the sound played for the reminder then you can use Tools –> Options menu.
Go to Tools –> Options and select Other tab.
Click on the Advanced Options button
and click on the Reminder Options button available on the Advanced Options window.
In the Reminder Options, make sure to select Play reminder sounds check box and select the new wav file to change the sound played for outlook reminder.
