Adding notes to slides in PowerPoint

Adding speaker notes to your PowerPoint slides will be useful to remind you about the important points that needs to be spoken during your presentation. You can insert notes to your slide either in Normal view and or Notes Page view.

If you are not already in Normal View then change slide view to Normal. Navigate below the slide to Notes Pane with description as “Click to add notes” and start entering your notes

Adding Notes – Notes Page View

The most suitable view to add notes is by using the Notes Page View. Navigate to View menu and click the Notes Page option available under Presentation Views section.

This would display the Slide and the notes pane with more larger area for adding notes.
