We have seen how to use the quick step feature in Outlook 2010 to quickly move email to a folder. Similarly if you have to arrange meetings with same setup of people on a daily or weekly basis then you can try quick steps to minimize the work.
Navigate to Quick Steps section available under Office 2010 Home menu. Click the arrow pointing downwards and select New Meeting under New Quick Step. You can also Select New Meeting using the Create New option available under Quick Step section.
Now for the very first time you need to enter the attendees for the meeting and provide name for your quick step. You can get additional options by clicking the Options button.
In the Edit Quick Step window allows you to enter a shortcut key and tool tip for your quick step.
If you also want to predefine the subject and message text then click the Show options.
After entering the required details, click the save button. Now the newly created quick meeting should be available as part of Quick steps
