Clear browser cache in Safari browser


Safari users can clear the browser cache using the option available as part of the Edit menu. Click the Edit menu and select Empty Cache from the menu list.


This would display the following warning message asking whether you want to empty the cache as clearing the cache would increase the web page load time.


To continue clearing the cache click on the Empty button.

If you are a developer and doing regular web development then each time clearing the cache would be time consuming process. And safari provides a special feature for developers using which they can can disable caches.

Click on the Develop menu and select Disable Caches from the list of available menus. This would ensure that the browser always loads the latest version of web pages from the server.
