Always check spelling before sending email in Outlook

It is always good to check spelling before sending any email. Microsoft Outlook provides an option which would always check for spelling before sending an email. Listed below are the steps to enable check spelling before sending in Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007

Enable always check spelling before sending in Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010

In Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010, this setting is available under Outlook Options

Click on the File menu –> Options

The compose messages section under Mail menu has a check box Always check spelling before sending. By enabling this checkbox, outlook would automatically start spell check before sending the email.

In Outlook 2007, this option is available under Tools –> Options and select Spelling tab

Under General options, select the check box which says “Always check spelling before sending”. This would doing automate spell of an email before sending.

    Spellcheck in Outlook 2010 only seems to work if you have Word 2010 also installed. It will not spellcheck, without it.

    In reply or forward case can we ask for spellcheck the text that we reply only note all the email below.

    Try this out.

    Click File->Options->Mail, under “Compose messages” tab, check “Ignore original message text in reply or forward” box.

    Hope this solves your problem.
