How to print pages in reverse order in Word

When a huge Word document is printed out, it will be a nightmare to arrange all the printed pages in order. As the default print order will be same order as they appear on screen. Word 2010 and Word 2013 provides an option to automatically reorder printed pages by printing pages in reverse order. This can be done by using the Page Setup option available as part of Print menu. Listed below are the steps to printed pages in reverse order in Word 2013 and Word 2010.

Click on the File –> Print –> Page Setup link

Navigate to Advanced tab and scroll down to Print section and tick the check box with label as Print pages in reverse order.
