How to change color scheme in Word 2010

The color scheme can be changed in Word 2010 using Word Options. The default color scheme is Silver.

Click on the File menu –> Options

Under Color scheme dropdown select the your preferred color. The list of values available in the drop down are

For example if you choose blue, Word Color Scheme would be changed to blue as shown below

    Is there any way to change the blue border at the top where the name of the program and the document is shown. I find the text very difficult to read in all the Office 2010 programs.

    This is not what I need to know. I want to change the puke yellow top band and border around pop up boxes. It must be possible to change it was a different color on my last computer.
