How to change calendar time zone in Outlook

Outlook 2016, 2013 and 2010 provide users with the option to change calendar time zone. Listed below are steps to change the calendar time zone and adding second time zone in Outlook

Click on the File menu –> Options and select Calendar on the left hand side of the Outlook Options.

Scroll down to Time zones sections and using the Time zone drop down you can specify the required time zone for the calendar.

Add second time zone to calendar in Outlook 2016, 2013 and Outlook 2010

Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010 have a feature that lets users to add second time zone to their Calendar. This is quite useful when you are frequently setting up or attending meetings across two time zones. This would allow you could quickly find out the the other attendee’s scheduled meeting time as per their time zone. Listed below are the steps to configure the second time zone.

Step 1: Click the File menu and select Options from the menu list.

Step 2: Navigate to Calendar Options in the Outlook Options Window.

Step 3: In the Calendar options, scroll down to the Time Zones section.

Step 4: Provide a name for your first time zone using the Label option.

Step 5: Mark the check box with caption as Show a second time zone and choose your second office time zone.

Step 6: Click OK to confirm and save the changes.

Now your Outlook Calendar will display both the time zones as shown below.

You can also swap the time zones using the Swap Time Zones in Calendar Option.
