How to change the default view in Google Calendar

In this short tutorial we will be seeing how to change the default view in Google Calendar.

The default view in Google Calendar is Week and you can change this using the options provided as part of Calendar Settings.

Click the Options icon and select Calendar Settings from the drop down menu list.

In the Calendar Settings page, navigate to Default view section.

Using the Default View drop down, select your desired default view from the drop down list.

If you want to define your own view then, navigate to Custom View and select the preferred view from the  drop down list and then for the Default View select the value as Custom View.

After making the required changes, click the Save changes button to confirm and save the changes.
