In Outlook 2013 unlike the previous version there is no option to change notes size, colour and font. Notes and Journal tab has been removed from the Outlook options. The default colour is set to Yellow, font to Calibri and size 11pt.
But users can indirectly change the colour of the notes by assigning categories. Right click on the notes, navigate to Categorize and choose your preferred category.
The font style and colour for Notes in Outlook 2010 can be changed using the Notes Option. The default font in Notes is set is to 11 pt. Calibri. Click on the File menu –> Options link
Navigate to Notes and Journal tab and click on the Font button under Notes options section.
Set the required font properties in the Font dialog and click OK to apply the changes.
The default notes colour is set as Yellow, you can change this using this colour dropdown.This change will now be reflected in Notes as shown below.
The Notes appearance in Microsoft Outlook 2007 can be changed using the Note Options. The Note Options can be accessed through Tools -> Options menu
and click on the Note Options under the Contacts and Notes section. This would display the Notes Options as shown below.
As you can see in Notes Options, the default values for colour is Blue, Size is medium and Font is 10pt. Comic Sans MS. To change the different attributes click on the respective drop down and select the preferred values.
