How to convert slides to images in PowerPoint 2013

This tutorial provides step by step instruction for converting PowerPoint slides to images. Listed below are the steps for exporting slides in to PNG format.

Step 1: Click the File menu and select Export from the menu list.

Step 2: In the Export section, navigate to Change File Type option.

Step 3: In the Change File Type section, double click PNG Portable Network Graphics (*.png) option under Image File Types section.

You can also select .PNG format and click Save As button.

Step 4: In the Save As dialog, enter a filename for the image file and click Save button.

If you want to convert to a different image type then pick appropriate type using Save as type dropdown.

Step 5: Select whether you want to convert all slides or just the select slide.


You should see the following message depending upon your selection.


By this way, PowerPoint users can convert any slides in to image.
