How to increase the maximum number of undos in PowerPoint

In Microsoft PowerPoint, the default value for the maximum number of undos is set to 20. There might be scenarios where you would like to revert more than 20 changes and in this case you can increase the maximum number of undos in PowerPoint using Options screen.In this short tutorials we will see the steps to increase the number of undos in PowerPoint 2010 and PowerPoint 2013

  • Click on File menu and select options
  • Navigate to Advanced Screen

  • Under Editing options, there is a field for specifying the Maximum number of undos.

By this way you can increase or decrease the number of undos in PowerPoint. The maximum number of undos limit in PowerPoint is set to 150.
