This short tutorial is about the steps required to insert attachment with email message in Outlook 2016, 2013 and 2010. Outlook users can attach Attach file, Outlook items such as Business Calendar, Calendar, Outlook Item, Signature and Photos or Pictures. When you want to quickly attach then use the option available as part of the Message menu’s Include section.

But if you are looking for range of attachment options then navigate to the Insert menu which allows users to insert Table, Pictures, Online Pictures, SmartArt, Chart, Hyperlink and many more.

For example if you want attach a photo from the Windows folder then click on the Pictures option under Illustrations section and select your desired picture.

This is quicker than using the Attach file option in the Message screen and pick the picture file.
