In this short tutorial, we will be seeing how to insert and delete comments in a Google Docs Spreadsheet.
Google Docs Spreadsheet users can insert comment via the Insert menu and the Keyboard shortcut is Shift + F2
Also they can add comment by right clicking on the cell and selecting Insert Comment from the menu list.
Then in the Insert comment window, you can add the comment description replacing “type here”
Google Docs Spreadsheet users can delete a comment by right clicking on the cell (single or selection of cells) and select Clear Comments from the menu list.
Also another alternate way to delete comments is clicking Edit menu and selecting Clear Comments from the list of available menus.
