How to preface your name when replying an email in Outlook

Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010 provides option for users to preface any comments when replying an email. If you want add your name while forwarding or replying an email in Outlook then you can use the Outlook Mail Options.

Click the file menu –> click Options link.

In the Outlook Options window, navigate to Mail Option and on the right hand side scroll down to Replies and forwards section.


To add comments while replying or a forwarding email, tick the check box with label as Preface comments with and enter the text which you want preface with the email. For example if you have added a comment then it would be prefaced as shown below.
