This tutorial is about the steps required for rearranging the menu items in Office 2016, 2013 and 2010. For example if you want to move the Delete menu after the Quick Steps menu in Outlook 2010 Ribbon then you can follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1: Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar and select More Commands from the menu list.
Step 2: In the Outlook Options window, select Customize Ribbon.
Step 3: Navigate to Customize the Ribbon and select Main Tabs in the drop down.
Step 4: Now drag the Delete menu and drop it after the Quick Steps menu.
