In Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010, a email message can be saved to the hard disk as html file using the Save As option. For example if you want to publish a email message received as part of a web page then you can do this by quickly saving this a html file. To save an email message as html file, open the email message in Outlook then click the File menu
Select Save As option from the menu list.
The following Save As dialog box will open, specify the drive and folder where you want to save this file. Select HTML option value for the Save as type as shown below.
After making the necessary changes, click the Save button to confirm and save the changes.
