How to save and e-mail your chat conversations – Microsoft Office Communicator

Saving your chat conversations will be very useful when you want them back to verify something on that. This is very easy in your Microsoft Office Communicator. Though you have the option of saving them as a text file, sending them as an e-mail is always safe so that you will never lose it.

Just follow the simple steps,

1. Open your Microsoft Office Communicator

2. When you are on the chat window and done with your conversation, click File and select Save as E-Mail.

3. This will now send the copy of your conversation to your email id.
