How to type Emoji icons in iPad

iPad users can type Emoji icons by enabling Emoji keyboard using the option available as part of Keyboard Settings.

Step 1: Launch the Home screen on your iPad

Step 2: Tap the Settings icon on the Home screen.

Step 3: In the Settings screen, tap General Settings then scroll down and select Keyboard.

Step 4: In the Keyboard Settings, tap the option with caption as Keyboards. The number next to Keyboards indicates the total number of Keyboards that is enabled in your iPad.

Step 5: Tap Add New Keyboard option under the Keyboards section.

Step 6: Select Emoji in the Add New Keyboard list screen.

The newly added Emoji keyboard should now appear as part of the available Keyboards list.

Step 7: Now to access Emoji Keyboard, tap the Globe icon on the Keyboard. This should display all the configured Keyboards on your iPad one by one including Emoji.
