Google Chrome has a bookmarks bar which gets displayed below the Address bar. By default the bookmarks bar is not displayed and if you want to unhide the bookmarks bar then you can use the chrome settings for this purpose.

Click the wrench icon available on the right hand side of Google Chrome.

Select Options from the list of available menus.

In Google Chrome Options screen, click the Basics tab and then navigate to Toolbar section.

To enable the bookmarks bar in Google Chrome, mark the check box with label as Always show the bookmarks bar.
