Open multiple pages on launch of Google Chrome

Google Chrome has a feature that automatically opens multiple pages during the startup. We had already seen the steps required to configure launch pages for google chrome windows. Now let us see the steps required for opening multiple pages using Google Chrome on Mac.

Step 1: Launch Google Chrome, click Chrome menu and select Preferences from the menu list.

Step 2: In the Settings page, navigate to On startup section.

Step 3: Select the radio option with caption as “Open a specific page or set of pages” then click Set pages.

Step 4: Enter the URL of the web site in Startup pages screen. You also have the option to use the current open pages as startup pages.

Now when you re-launch Google Chrome, it will automatically open all the startup pages.

Removing startup pages

Removing startup pages can be done via Startup pages screen (Step 3). When you hover the mouse over Startup pages, it should display the delete option as shown in the below screenshot.

The startup pages feature is quite useful when you are always going the access the same set of pages immediately after launching Google Chrome.
