The Print Preview screen should automatically display only the selected rows and columns without making any changes to Print Settings. Now use the Print button to print the selection in Excel 2013.

Set Print Area can be used when you are frequently printing only those selected rows and columns. But make sure to clear the Print Area once you are done with your Printing.
