Quickly delete blank rows in Excel

This tutorial explains the steps required for quickly deleting blank rows in Excel 2016, 2013 & 2010. For example, if you have analyzed some data and replaced the not required data with blank spaces. Now if you want quickly remove these blank rows then you can use option available as part of Go To feature.


To remove the blank rows, first select the data set and press F5 on the keyboard.

Click the Special button then mark the radio option with label as Blanks and click the OK button.

This would highlight all the blanks cells as shown below.


Now right click and select Delete then Shift cells up in the Delete window.

    Not satisfactory.

    After all the reading of the instructions to insert page numbers I can only do it partially i.e. pages numbers only but not 1/page (No. of pages ?? is not inserting)
