This post is about the steps required to quickly send word document as mail using Word 2010. After finish editing the word document, follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1:Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar
Step 2: Select More Commands from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu drop down list.
Step 3: Choose All Commands, then in Choose commands from drop down box. Then select Send Mail Recipient from the list of commands.
Step 4: Click the Add button to have Send to Mail Recipient as part of Quick Access Toolbar.
Now to send the word document as email message, click the Send to Mail Recipient icon in Quick Access Toolbar.
This would open the Mail Message screen as shown below.
After entering the details such as To, Subject, click on Send a Copy button.
