Remove duplicate rows in Google Docs Spreadsheet

Google Docs Spreadsheet allows users to quickly remove duplicate rows using UNIQUE function. This function accepts array of data and removes duplicate rows from the supplied data. To explain this function, let us take following sample data

In the above list Ravi and Rajesh names have been repeated. And to remove the duplicate rows, identify the location where you want to print the unique result and type the following =UNIQUE(<data_range>)

This would only print the unique rows as shown below.

    Thanks, I was not able to find the reason why the last row was taken in to account. Retyping the last name and age fixed the issue.

    I have uploaded the correct screenshot
