Setting time bound access restriction on Mac OS X Lion

In this tutorial we will see how to set time bound access restriction on Mac OS X Lion. This is a useful feature if you want restrict your kids accessing the computer during late night hours.

Click the Apple icon on the menu bar and select System Preferences from the menu list.

In the System Preferences window, click Parental Controls option available under System section.

Click Time Limits tab in the Parental Control then navigate to Bedtime section.

The Bedtime section provides users to specify hours during which access needs to be prevented in weekdays and weekends. The Time Limits also has the option to set the number hours only access to the computer and this can be specified for both Weekdays and Weekends.
