Turn off save password message in Internet Explorer 10

Internet Explorer 10 (ie10) displays a message “Do you want Internet Explorer to remember the password” when you try to sign in to any website with username and password.

You can turn off this message using the AutoComplete settings under Internet Options.

Step 1: Click Settings icon on the Internet Explorer 10 and select Internet Options from the menu list.

Step 2: In the Internet Options window, click Content tab and navigate to AutoComplete section.

Step 3: Click the Settings button under AutoComplete section.

Step 4: In the AutoComplete Settings screen, navigate to Usernames and passwords on forms. Now  unmark the check box with caption as “Ask me before saving passwords”. This would always save username and passwords for website without showing the prompt “Whether you want to save the password”.

If you are sharing your computer with other users then it is not recommended to save username and password for websites. You can disable the save username and password in Internet Explorer 10 by unchecking the checkbox with caption as “Usernames and passwords on forms”. This option would display the “Save username and passwords” message and also not save the user credentials.
