Turn Off Vibration mode in BlackBerry Curve

Vibration mode is BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone can be turned off using the Sound and Ring tones Option same as changing ring tone in a BlackBerry Curve.

Press menu button on your BlackBerry Smartphone and select Options from the menu list.

In the Options screen navigate to Sounds and Ring Tones Options

In the Phone Loud screen set the value for Vibration to Off. This would switch off the Vibration alert in a BlackBerry Curve Smartphone.

    Instead there is a short cut key. Press Q, then the Vibration mode is activated and in order to deactivate it Press Q again.

    If the keypad vibrates when you type in bbm etc….

    Push the call(green button)
    Deactivate keypad

    two things:
    1. vibration needs to be completely eliminated as an option
    (some people work on electricity for a living… THINK!!!)

    2. ALL speed keys need to be disabled! NO! I DO NOT want ANY key to enable ANY function with ONLY ONE TOUCH!!!! EVER!!! it shoukd require an affirmitive andswer within a few seconds, or it won’t happen… pretty simple.
    ( I lean aginst something and the damn thing goes into vibrate mode! WTF?!?!)
