What is auto translation webpage feature in Google Chrome

Google Chrome provides option to the user for translating pages if the webpage not in a language that is not the default language set in the browser. This is a useful feature and this can be enabled or disabled using the Options menu.

Click on the wrench icon and select Options from the menu list

In Google Chrome Options tab, navigate to Under the hood tab and scroll down to Translate section.

if you want to enable the translation of web page feature then tick the check box with label as Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language I read.  And click the close button.

After making this change if you access webpage of other language then Google Chrome would provide you with the following translation option.
