    Dear Sirs

Could you please support me to fix this problem.
By clicking to open an encripted file in the explorer the password box does not appear over windows explorer pane. To access it I need to minimize the explorer and then log the password into the password dialog box. Normally it should appear promptly over word pane, and the explorer uses to be superseeded automatically.
